Nutrient-dense Açaí smoothie by Jade Woodd

How to Make the Nutrient-dense Açaí smoothie

Ingredients

2 x SAMBAZON Açaí original blend sachets, opened and cut into 4

½ cup Greek yoghurt

1 Tbsp hemp seeds

1 egg yolk

½ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ cup milk of choice

2 Tbsp collagen powder

1 Tbsp mct coconut oil

1 Tbsp macadamia butter, optional

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients into your blender, ensuring the açaí is at the bottom. Blend on low, slowly increasing the speed until maximum. Continue to blend on high for 1 minute. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, you can add a little extra milk and blend through.

Notes

  1. Make this smoothie dairy-free by swapping Greek yogurt for coconut yoghurt
  2. Make this smoothie vegan by swapping Greek yogurt for coconut yoghurt, swapping egg yolk for 1 Tbsp chia seeds and swapping collagen for a scoop of your favourite plant-based protein powder.
